What a neat idea! HootSuite just launched a new feature that lets you quickly assign social media posts to your team members as they browse Twitter.com and Facebook.com Pages. This means even if you aren’t logged into your HootSuite dashboard, you can assign social messaging to the most appropriate person in sales, customer support, public relations, marketing departments and more.
Very useful for support issues popping up on Twitter if you’re tracking your brand, or if you see some cool content that you want your staff to check out, you can now ‘assign’ it to them like an internal ticket system.
